Returns may be accepted only for eligible products and under the conditions mentioned below.
A return or exchange request should be raised within [1] days of delivery.
The product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, damage, perfume, or other marks
- Returned with the original packaging and tags, where applicable
Products that have been altered, damaged after delivery, washed, used, or otherwise modified may not be eligible for returns.
Some products or sale items may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable. Please check the product description before purchasing.
To request a return , please contact us with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved.
