ORDERS PROCESSING

RATHILAYA is pleased to accept all orders placed by you on the website, but RATHILAYA has the right to accept or cancel any order, irrespective of whether the order has been confirmed or not, for any reason, without disclosing any reason and without liability to you or anyone else. All orders made through the website are subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, you will be notified. In case you were charged for the cancelled order, you will be issued a refund. (The products sold on this website are not for resale or distribution. We reserve the rights to cancel any order or suspend your account, if we believe our products are being ordered in breach of this provision.)

In case you provide an incorrect delivery address, name, or do not collect the product from the delivery address, we accept no liability for the loss or return of the product whatsoever.

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not provided the services promised, we will refund back the money, provided the claim is authentic as per transaction records.

Requests received later than 1 business day prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as void.

REFUND POLICY

We will try our best to provide the best suitable service for our clients. Refund will be done on valid reasons of returns . Refer the return policy below for the applicable refund . If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF RATHILAYA

All Products are passed though 3 levels of Quality check . RATHILAYA is responsible if any physical damage of the product only.

QC video , Packing and Package photos or videos will be shared to customer before dispatching the goods . Post Confirmation order will be shipped out.

The product will be exchanged certain cases and based on the availability of the stock. Exchange or Refund will be decided by RATHILAYA Team .

Damage caused by during delivery or by delivery agent are not considered and not applicable or covered for Exchange or Refund Policy .

The issue has to be notified to RATHILAYA team within 12 hours after the product is delivered. Send the issue info with order id and parcel opening video on WhatsApp to XXX

Any returns sent without prior notice will be rejected and shipped back to you at your own cost

Any final decision regarding exchange rests with the RATHILAYA team only.

Order id should be mentioned on the return courier cover, to help us process the exchange quickly.

No returns and No exchange for below conditions

1. Without parcel opening video, any complaint will not be accepted.

2. Any defects caused by customer error.

3. Slight colour variation (5 to 10% colour may differ due to each mobile settings).

4. Thread pulling, minor weaving gaps, small stains caused from the loom or saree making process are not considered as damage.

5. Claiming after 12 hours of delivery are void.

DISCLAIMER

  1. The colour contrast of the purchased product may vary slightly from the one shown on the website.

  2. Each product available on this website has a unique texture to it (natural stains) and is not defects. The wooden products exhibited are best suited to keep indoors.
